The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

How to customize formatting for each rich text

BATON ROUGE - Hundreds of parents, students, and teachers rallied in Baton Rouge last week to support and celebrate virtual education and the power of school choice for National Coalition for Public School’s Annual Capitol Day.

“School choice gave me the power to choose the right path for my family,” PSO Board Member and Louisiana parent Christin White-Kaiser said. "You can see the power of this movement here today, as so many from different walks of life come together with one voice.”

Rep. Nancy Landry, House Education Committee Chair since 2016, was awarded the National Coalition for Public School Option’s highest state award during the rally - The Golden Apple.

“Rep. Landry has been a long-time friend of those who put people ahead of politics and the children ahead of other interest groups,” White-Kaiser said. “It’s an honor to be able to present her with our highest state award – the Golden Apple – which we reserve for leaders who are fighting for a better education system, where every child has an equal shot.”

PSO has a history of activism in Louisiana. Previously PSO was an active participant in the fight for school choice in Louisiana, recently winning a lawsuit to stop the attempted defunding of Type 2 charter schools, which would have thrown 13,000 students out of the school option they chose.
