Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
Open Enrollment Policies
Public school open enrollment policies are often the easiest—and most effective way—for states to bring about the biggest change impacting the greatest number of students.
Open enrollment policies allow a student to transfer to the public school of his or her choice. There are two basic types of open enrollment policies:
- Intradistrict: Students transfer to another school within their resident school district.
- Interdistrict: Students transfer a school outside of their resident district.
Broad open enrollment laws have been utilized for decades to create options for families, and provide more families with a viable choice than non-public school choice programs such as ESAs, etc.
A good open enrollment policy needs the following:
- A system for school districts to determine if they opt to participate in accepting students, and if so, designating the number of students in each grade the division will accept and any base level criteria for accepting these students.
- Sending school districts cannot stop students from taking advantage of the open enrollment system and enrolling in another district’s school.
- A parent-friendly enrollment system that doesn’t create unnecessary barriers to enrollment, such as short enrollment windows or other required approvals.
- A transparent and fair system for establishing any eligibility requirements by the receiving division and how to address excess applicants.
- A fair and uniform funding mechanism that allows state funds to “follow the student” and covers the cost associated with the student’s enrollment, including special education costs.
